Billing

No charge until a licensed provider approves treatment. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.

Renewal

Your plan renews automatically at the price and interval shown until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before your next refill from your account.

Yes. Every treatment we offer requires a prescription. A licensed provider reviews your online intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. Not everyone qualifies.
